Felony Defense

You’ve just been arrested.  A man carrying a pistol has placed tightly cinched cold steel chains around your wrists.  You’re afraid.  Your heart is pounding.  “Should I run?  What am I going to do?!  Why are they doing this to me?!  I-I can explain it to them!  If I explain, they’ll let me go!”  Trying to convince yourself, you begin to speak to the same man who just hurt you and placed you in those restraints.
